We create beautiful, handmade, hardwood furniture. Supplying private individuals, lodges, restaurants & bars, exporters and corporations.

In addition, we supply railway sleepers, made from various teaks, and extremely hard and durable timber (including red teak and ironwood).  As well as lintels, mantels, blocks, edging, ready cut planks and beams etc. to the trade, landscapers, builders, architects, interior decorators, crane companies, enthusiastic D.I.Y.-ers and gardeners.

Cut Planks For Steps Or Paths

Sizes Ranging From 300 mm TO 1750 mm x 50 x 50 mm Perfect for all garden users from small stepping stones, garden pathways and steps between levels, to fireplace mantles and window/door lintels.

Ready Cut Planks

2100 x 250 mm in either 25 mm 40 mm OR 50 mm Thick, these prime hardwood planks are ideal for shelving, furniture manufacture and all DIY applications where planks are a must.
Available with one rough surface or double smooth.

Sleeper Skins

The decorative outside surface of the sleeper. Often used as cladding on bar fronts, cupboard doors

and where panelling is required.

Standard Sleepers

2100 x 250 x 125 mm

'A' Grade

A strong sleeper in good condition. User when compromise is not an option. Uses include Chunky

farmhouse style fireplance mantles, rustic benches, and when thicker steps are needed.

'B' Grade

Fair condition, rustic with one fairly good side. User in the garden for steps and soil retention

'C' Grade

Really rustic sleepers user for water feature towers, flower bed edging and general features (I.E.

Climbing plant trellises)

Sleeper beams and cants from 2.4 m long used as support pillars and roof beams, as well as for decorative purposes when an antique look is called for.

Cutting Etc.

All of the above sleepers (with the exception of 'C' Grades) can be cut to size in lengths. 'A' Grade sleepers are able to be cut lengthways and along with ready cut planks can, in addition, be thickness/planed and/or wire-brushed.

If we say it's made in teak, you can be sure its only made of solid teak. Guaranteed and lovingly handmade, each infividual piece is completely unique. Availible in four wood categories, light brown teak, dark brown teak, red teak and ironwood, with rustic semi-rustic and full grained smooth finishes. There is a colour and natural grain to suit all discerning tastes. Pieces are available to view our buy from our showrooms.
